We process the information you provide to handle your enquiries and appointment requests, manage the care relationship and, where applicable, provide the dental services requested. If you contact us through the form, your data is used only to reply to you and arrange the appointment.
The legal basis for processing is your consent when contacting us and the performance of the care relationship. Health data, where applicable, is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), with the safeguards laid down for special categories of data.
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, in the case of clinical records, for the periods required by the applicable healthcare regulations. Afterwards it will be kept blocked solely to address any legal liabilities.
We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation or when essential to provide the service (for example, laboratories or collaborating professionals), always with the appropriate safeguards.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting the details above, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
